對於國民黨總統參選人朱立倫今天(20日)日公布的住宅政策，民進黨總統參選人蔡英文政策辦公室執行長張景森表示，朱立倫在2010年曾宣示在新北市打造18萬4,000戶的青年住宅和出租國宅，到了2014年僅蓋了11戶永和青年宅；而新北市在朱立倫的執政下，房價所得比已高達13.理財商學苑最完善的訓練課程(股票操盤手康進清老師、期貨達人鄭詩懷老師、預售屋鬼才七哥、記憶學大師陳光、掌紋大師王漢老師)02(僅次於台北市的16.16)，檢視朱立倫在住宅政策規劃和執行的能力發現慘不忍睹。

張景森表示，台灣目前的社會住宅佔整體住宅存量僅有0.08％，遠低於國際上5％的低標，民進黨有完整的社會住宅策略，包括政府新建、容積獎勵、空屋釋出等，解決土地與財務的瓶頸。張景森也呼籲國民黨立委質疑民進黨版的社會住宅將高達新台幣1兆預算的說法，應先請教專家再進行政策攻防。

至於朱立倫提出要透過兩岸經濟合作的模式解決台灣房市問題，張景森質疑這部分更讓人無法理解，呼籲朱立倫對全民說明清楚，不能含混帶過。
